Local NHS referral pathways
Everyone Health are commissioned by Cambridgeshire County Council to provide free support are lifestyle and health improvement.
They can provide a range of support including:
- adult weight management
- health trainers
- stop smoking services
- falls prevention

Help to Stop Smoking
Our nurses are able to provide support to help you quit smoking, please contact reception to book an appointment.
Additionally you can self-refer to CamQuit Cambridgeshire’s stop smoking service for free NHS funded help. See here for more details.
Exercise on prescription
Your GP may be able to refer you for a 12 week programme of exercise on prescription at selected local gyms. To be eligible you need to have a chronic health condition such as high blood pressure, arthritis, depression or diabetes.
