If you are over 18 years of age can refer yourself for telephone assessment to NHS Physio Advice Line (Dynamic Health) by telephone. Please call 0300 555 0210 to speak to a senior Chartered Physiotherapist. The advice Line is available Monday to Friday 8:15-5pm. Please be aware telephone assessments take on average 20 minutes.

Improving Access to Psychological Treatment
Patients are able to self refer for psychological support around anxiety, depression or insomnia.
iCash offers information, advice, screening and treatment for sexual health, such as sexually transmitted infections (STI’s), pregnancy and termination advice, and onward referral to antenatal and termination services.
