From 1 October 2026, we will be making some changes to our telephone service to help direct your call to the right team more efficiently. And also, to make it easier to cancel an appointment if you are unable to attend.
When you call from 1st October 2026 we will have changed our message on the line. You will be able to
- Press 1 to cancel an appointment
- Press 2 to go through to dispensary
- And continue to hold for anything else.
